Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. 2) You must be age 18 to make a reservation. 3) By making a reservation through the property management company on the Airono website, you agree and authorize the property manager to charge your credit card for any and all additional expenses that relate to guest damage, smoking in the property, pets, extra cleaning, and unauthorized guests or events. 4) You agree that a refund will not be provided for any weather or road-related conditions. 5) You agree that parties or other events are not allowed at the property and the guest will be fined for non-compliance. 6) Ski equipment is not allowed past the main entry area. Do Not Wear Ski Boots On In The Property. 7) Smoking Is Not Allowed in the property. An additional fee of $500 will be charged for non-compliance. 8) This Property Does Not Allow Pets. An additional fee of $500 will be charged for non-compliance. 9) Daily maid service is not available. 10) Please rinse off before using the hot tub and food is not allowed to prevent clogging 4:33 1 •OU LTE @ 11) The property management company does reserve the right to enter the property if needed for inspections, repairs, or maintenance. 12) The property management company is not responsible for any items left behind and the guests will be charged the shipping cost plus a service fee to mail them out. 13) During the winter season a 4-wheel drive automobile is highly recommended. 14) The property management company and it's homeowners shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for injury to any guest or other invitees that caused or permitted to be caused by any intentional or unintentional acts. Major malfunctions not caused by the guests will be refunded at the rate of $25 per occurrence per day until repaired. 15) Guests are responsible for notifying the property management company for any items that are missing or needing repair upon arrival to avoid additional charges. 16) The guest agrees that this is not a tenancy for the property, is rented for less then a 30 day period, is treated as a transient occupancy, and cannot sublet the property to other guests. 17) The guests agrees to these rules and regulations and are binding and effective upon making a reservation even if a signature is not required. 18) The terms and conditions will be interpreted by and governed under the laws of the State of Colorado, and any actions arisino out of this 19)Please note, early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability.
