Other Details to Note

A small supply of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) & paper towels (1 roll in kitchen) are provided to get you started. Please plan to bring additional supplies as you see fit. Trash & Recycling bins will need to be put outside on the curb on Monday night in order for the city service to pick up on Tuesday morning - 3 feet apart & lids fully closed (otherwise they will not pick up). ** Please be sure to put the Trash & Recycling bins out on Monday evening or Tuesday morning prior to 6:00 am, as when this service is missed there will be additional charges for alternative pick up arrangements.

House Rules

Trash & Recycling bins must be put on the curb, 3 ft apart, on Monday night before they get picked up Tuesday morning. Additional charges will be applied for bins that are not appropriately put out for pick up. Please pick up all dog poop or you will be charged an additional $100 fee. Please do not let dogs on the couches, beds, or any other furniture. Leaving the dogs at the house? Please leave dogs in a kennel if necessary or in a private bedroom so that they are not tempted to utilize the couch while you are away. No additional visitors allowed. The garage of the house is not included in the rental and will remain locked for owner's storage. Please contact us if you need something. Do not go into the shed or crawl space. Do not go on the roof of the shed or house. No more than 8 people allowed at the house. No smoking in the house. No guns allowed on the premises. No parties. Upon breaking any of these rules a fine will be charged to you. Lock yourself out of the house? There is a smart code, so highly unlikely. However, should you not be able to figure it out and require the assistance of our property manager or local locksmith there will be a $200 fine. Limit of 2 dogs per stay. Please note, early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. Feel free to reach out to us for arrangements

Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood conveniently located on the Central East side of Longmont, CO - approximately a 5 min drive from Downtown Longmont (20 min walk). Standard 6ft wooden privacy fence surrounds the majority of the backyard.

• Plenty of car parking if you decide to drive your own or are planning to have a rental car option. • Great bus transportation access with the bus stop located around the corner from the house on 3rd & Alpine. Tickets are available via the RTD mobile application on your phone. • If bikes are your thing and you did not bring your own, you can rent them locally from Small Planet eBikes - 724 Main St. - they rent both standard & electric bicycles.
