We had a fantastic experience renting from Judy. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. The place was the perfect oasis to return to with excellent AC, a spacious backyard that was fully fenced in and a very peaceful location. The house had everything we needed and even had water bowls for the dogs. This place is awesome and you definitely won't be disappointed staying here. Thank you Judy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space was well taken care of and clean. It was nice to come back and unwind in the hot tub and around the fire pit. We were able to walk to most places in Winter Park and the Winter Park Resort and Fraser were just a short drive away.

Great home for large groups wanting to explore Estes! The sleeping arrangements were suburb for a large group. Location was great - quick drive to downtown Estes and RMNP. The host was quick to respond, accommodating, and super helpful. Great value! Would stay again!

Cute little escape from the noisy world. Beautiful view of mountains right in front of you and a beautiful sunrise and a gorgeous starry sky at night. All that’s missing is an aurora!

We had an amazing time in this home!! We used it to get ready for our wedding and had our bridal party there, and it was perfect!! The space was much bigger than expected and had multiple more bathrooms than expected!! The views were amazing and the owner was very responsive!!

Jason’s place was the perfect fit for our family gathering. We had eight adults and eight children (8 years old and younger). There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The basement and enclosed backyard were ideal for the kiddos. The huge kitchen was invaluable, especially the two refrigerators. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was worth every penny!

Judy was very communicative, answering any of our questions very quickly! The home was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare! The location is close to a grocery store and a quick drive to downtown Longmont which has a ton of character. The check in and out process is beyond easy which is so appreciative after a long day of travel! Highly recommend this home for your vacation rental!!

Judy's place was perfect for a family gathering, with four bedrooms, a large living room / gathering space, and spacious kitchen! We didn't use the backyard and sauna much, but it was nice to have. Easy to get in and out, and Judy was responsive throughout the entire process! We'd absolutely stay again :)

Beautiful place, we sat outside watching the stars for hours every night. Easily accommodated a big group of friends and was only minutes from downtown Estes Park, RMNP, etc. Was a super convenient place to pit stop between activities. Would definitely stay again!

Adam was great to work with. Getting in and out was easy. Space is great for family to enjoy a nice getaway in the mountains. Would recommend and would stay again. Bonus this location is close to Safeway for shopping.
