Whether you’re exploring Pearl Street Mall, hiking Chautauqua Park, or discovering local breweries, everything you need is within reach. Guest have access to the entire condo. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway shared by other residents . It is coin operated. The clubhouse is also shared by other residents. That is where the hot tub and indoor pool are located.

The 205 bus is located at the intersection of Spine and Williams fork trail. That takes you to downtown Boulder. Walking distance there are plenty of breweries and hiking trails. Grocery store down the street on Spine road called King Soopers. Shopping center with restaurants all a 4 min walk away.
