Situated just a short drive from downtown Boulder, this apartment offers easy access to iconic attractions, hiking trails, and top-notch dining options. Whether you’re exploring Pearl Street Mall, hiking Chautauqua Park, or discovering local breweries, everything you need is within reach. Guest have access to the entire condo. The laundry room is at the end of the hallway shared by other residents . It is coin operated. The clubhouse is also shared by other residents. That is where the hot tub and indoor pool are located.

Had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed and pictured with a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive and the home was very clean. Would definitely recommend this home!

The place was wonderful—quiet, peaceful, and in a great location near Boulder. The view from the apartment was lovely, and despite working nights, I had no trouble sleeping during the day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Find us

The 205 bus is located at the intersection of Spine and Williams fork trail. That takes you to downtown Boulder. Walking distance there are plenty of breweries and hiking trails. Grocery store down the street on Spine road called King Soopers. Shopping center with restaurants all a 4 min walk away.
