House rules

No parties. No smoking. If you lose the club house key card, there will be a $70 replacement fee. The closet at the end of the hallway is off limits for guests. Limit 2 dogs per stay. While we love your furry friends, we ask that you please keep them off of the furniture. Please note, early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. Feel free to reach out to us for arrangements!

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the famous Avery Brewing Company, Anytime Fitness, assorted bars & restaurants, as well as your choice of various hiking and biking trails.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire condo. The laundry room is coin-operated, and located at the end of the hallway, shared by other residents. The other hotel-style amenities are located in the Clubhouse and require your key/swipe card to enter. The key/swipe card is located in the drawer to the right of the kitchen sink. Please note that the door to the condo is wood so in the summer it swells. Be sure to push hard to open it.

Judy’s place was excellent! Walkable distance to bars, restaurants and grocery stores, and I used the hot tub, gym and pool table in the facility every day! Would certainly go back next time I’m in town!

Need a ride downtown? The 205 bus is located at the intersection of Spine Rd & Williams Fork Trail, and will drop you off in downtown Boulder. You can purchase tickets through the RTD mobile application on your phone. Want to go for a stroll? There are plenty of breweries, hiking trails, and other assorted activities within walking distance of the complex. There is a grocery store located down the street on Spine Rd called King Soopers. Shopping center with restaurants are only a 4 min walk away. If bikes are your thing and you did not bring your own, you can rent them locally from Boulder BCycle (through the city pay as you go stations) or Pedego Electric Bikes Boulder. Other travel options are only one quick online search away.
