Free WiFi | Washer/Dryer onsite Perfect for small family gatherings or a quick trip to the mountains, this cabin provides easy access to the best of what Estes Park and the front range have to offer while providing you with modern, well-appointed amenities. This fully stocked rustic cabin has two bedrooms with king-sized beds plus a loft with a queen bed that will sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy your own fire pit, amazing views of the river, pine trees, and wildlife. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Roku, Drip coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen. Due to high demand, as well as our quality standards for cleaning we are NOT able to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs. If you are interested in booking the adjoining property next to this one for more guests, please click on our profile photo labeled Estes Management under the map. That will show you both properties if you have a bigger party and want to book both places. Together they can accommodate up to 18. Hot tub temperature should be left at 101 degrees. DO NOT CHANGE THE MODE on the hot tub or it will stop working.

Please note that propane is generally provided. However, on occasion there may be a shortage of propane in town and tanks may not be fully filled. They may need to be refilled during your stay. Contact us for questions. The onsite horse barn is not included in guest use/access. Hot tub temperature should be left at 101 degrees. DO NOT CHANGE THE MODE on the hot tub or it will stop working.

No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property at any time. You are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please keep noise levels down and respect the quiet environment. Quite hours are 9:30 pm - 9:30 am. Estes Park is a dark-sky community. Turn off all exterior lights when not in use. Do not trespass across the property boundaries (posted on the fridge) No sledding or sliding is allowed on the property. Please do not leave any food outside, in your car, near an open window, or outside. Put out all trash on Wednesday mornings. It is illegal to feed wildlife, and doing so could result in fines. Do not feed or pet the horse and alpaca on the property.
