This fully stocked rustic cabin has two bedrooms with king-sized beds plus a loft with a queen bed that will sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy your own fire pit, amazing views of the river, pine trees, and wildlife. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Roku, Keurig coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen. Due to high demand, as well as our quality standards for cleaning we are NOT able to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs. That will show you both properties if you have a bigger party and want to book both places. Together they can accommodate up to 18. Hot tub temperature should be left at 101 degrees. Please note that propane is generally provided. However, on occasion there may be a shortage of propane in town and tanks may not be fully filled. They may need to be refilled during your stay. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property at any time. You are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please keep noise levels down and respect the quiet environment. Quite hours are 9:30 pm - 9:30 am. Estes Park is a dark-sky community. Turn off all exterior lights when not in use. Do not trespass across the property boundaries (posted on the fridge) No sledding or sliding is allowed on the property. Please do not leave any food outside, in your car, near an open window, or outside. Put out all trash on Wednesday mornings. It is illegal to feed wildlife, and doing so could result in fines. Do not feed or pet the horse and alpaca on the property.

Awesome cabin! It has ton of space for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, very clean, washer/dryer, GREAT outdoor space, large hot tub, and very private/nice views. The covered deck area has a grill and large table. The grill burners need to be replaced though. It was very nice to be able to grill and eat at the table outside. Some mule deer came to visit one morning. The furniture, views, size, layout, etc. are all nicer than appears in pictures. One night we sat in the hot tub and saw 6 shooting stars, and several satellites going by... so cool. Possible cons: - Hot water was a little frustrating. It either took forever or had to be in just the right position to work. It did work though. - There are two houses on property, as mentioned in the listing. This was not a problem for us since the other group had well behaved kids and respected our space/privacy. The back deck/hot tub still had plenty of privacy. We loved our stay and would definitely return!!!

This was probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! The cabin and surroundings were beautiful. Anytime I had a question I was quickly answered with such kindness! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!
