- One dog only is allowed to the property no other animals with a $200 extra fee - Don’t feed the horse or alpaca nor pet it. - No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property at any time. - You are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please keep noise levels down and respect the quiet environment. Quite hours are 9:30 pm - 9:30 am. - Estes Park is a dark-sky community. Turn off all exterior lights when not in use. - Do not trespass across the property boundaries (posted on the fridge) - No sledding or sliding is allowed on the property. - Please do not leave any food outside, in your car, near an open window, or outside. - Put out all trash by Wednesday morning. - It is illegal to feed wildlife, and doing so could result in fines. - Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. Feel free to reach out to us for arrangements!

Great location and the layout was perfect for our two families! There is 1 bedroom upstairs. The king bed with bunkbeds built into the wall is upstairs along with the kitchen and two bathrooms. The other three bedrooms are downstairs along with the game room and two other bathrooms. Host was very kind and quick to respond.

Thank you Adam and Judy for allowing us to stay at this wonderful cabin! Everything was so clean, and there was more than enough space to accommodate for our big group. All of the amenities provided were also great, and it felt so comfortable staying in the space.
