House rules

Pick up after your pets. No parties. No smoking inside. Turn hot spot off upon check out and leave the hot spot in the bin on the desk. DO NOT place anything besides single ply toilet paper in the port a potty. Leave propane tanks outside and make sure they are off upon check out. Lock house when checking out. (Press any key and hold for 2 seconds.) Turn off fridge and fan upon check out using the labeled button under the counter. No dumping of waste from RV or vans into the port a potty. Just a quick heads-up: it can get pretty dark after 9pm, and the house can be a bit tricky to find at night. If possible, please arrive before 9pm while there's still some daylight. This should make finding your spot a breeze. Thanks a bunch! Please note, early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request for an additional fee of $50, subject to availability. Feel free to reach out to us for arrangements!

This spot is absolutely perfect. You’re close to the park and the roads are easy to drive/ the place isn’t far off the main road. The views are stunning (one of the best sunsets we have ever seen) and you can see the stars so clearly. We saw one of the biggest, brightest shooting stars of our lives. Having access to a bed and portapotty took all of the uncomfortable parts of camping out of the picture while keeping the best parts of the outdoors within reach. We will be back!

That place was amazing. If you’re looking to definitely go off grid this is it. There’s definitely wildlife out here too if that’s what you’re looking to see. Loved everything about it.
