Awesome cabin! It has ton of space for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, very clean, washer/dryer, GREAT outdoor space, large hot tub, and very private/nice views. The covered deck area has a grill and large table. The grill burners need to be replaced though. It was very nice to be able to grill and eat at the table outside. Some mule deer came to visit one morning. The furniture, views, size, layout, etc. are all nicer than appears in pictures. One night we sat in the hot tub and saw 6 shooting stars, and several satellites going by... so cool. Possible cons: - Hot water was a little frustrating. It either took forever or had to be in just the right position to work. It did work though. - There are two houses on property, as mentioned in the listing. This was not a problem for us since the other group had well behaved kids and respected our space/privacy. The back deck/hot tub still had plenty of privacy. We loved our stay and would definitely return!!!

Judy’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is darling and beautifully decorated!! The sauna is a wonderful way to relax! We loved it and would highly recommend it!

Wonderful trip and the perfect place. The condo was amazing. The location is very convenient with everything you could need within a very short walk. Host was incredibly responsive. We will certainly be staying here again.

This location is so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance! A baby elk and its mom slowly wandered around the cabin one morning. The view of the mountains is gorgeous as well. There are lots of bathrooms and plenty of space. We had two families with 7 kids and it was the perfect space. The game room is a huge plus for kids. The deck is big enough for everyone to use as well. If your plan is to bounce back and forth between the park or just be in the area, this is your place! Also get to the Beaver Meadows visitor center at the beginning of your park trip for your kids to get their ranger badge and book to use the whole trip!

This apartment is a wonderful landing pad for a short day. The bed is very very comfortable and the bedroom is a nice ample size with a big window. The bathroom is new and clean and the kitchen living room area has all that you need. It’s very quiet and restful. The apartment looks onto green space and there’s great walking right out the door. You can walk to places like Avery brewery or some others that give you a nice bit of exercise, but are not too far. And you can use the Lime scooters to get around as well. So it’s nice to be near Boulder, but out of Boulder. My only small comments would be that the couch is not comfortable and there is a table in the middle of the living room that’s on the tall side, where a little bit more of a smaller dining table would work much better in the space. Finally the checkout is early. 10 AM. And if you want to leave at more of a normal time like 11 or 12, you have to pay $50. That I really didn’t appreciate. Otherwise highly recommend it.

Great spot in Winter Park! Walking distance to all the fun, but also a great deck with hot tub, sitting area and fire pit to enjoy the weather at home while the babies are sleeping 😁. Would come back for sure!

We take a large group on our family vacation every year, and this property was exactly what we were looking for! Accommodation were perfect! The owners were super friendly and very responsive when we had questions. We feel very blessed that they shared their beautiful property with our family.

This was a perfect place for myself and my three adult children. Everyone had their own room which was great and the location was good, close to all of the things we had on our itinerary during our visit. I would definitely stay again!

Adam and Judy were perfect host! The property was exactly as described and communication was flawless. They responded quickly to all of our questions and bent over backward to ensure we had a great time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning at the the next opportunity! Superb hosts and beautiful property with all of the amenities one could ask for; this is a perfect property for skiers, hikers, family gatherings, or just relaxing! It is comfortable and fun and we highly recommend this beautiful home and think the world of our hosts, Adam and Judy! Thanks for making our family gathering perfect!

We had a fantastic experience renting from Judy. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. The place was the perfect oasis to return to with excellent AC, a spacious backyard that was fully fenced in and a very peaceful location. The house had everything we needed and even had water bowls for the dogs. This place is awesome and you definitely won't be disappointed staying here. Thank you Judy
